Gilt, a 100-cover restaurant, sits atop FOUR
IV’s latest designed Harvey Nichols store in Istanbul
and is set to become a must-visit destination in its own right.
Branded and designed by FOUR IV throughout,
the restaurant palette reflects the Gilt name – opulent,
backlit onyx bar, black reflective ceilings, pearls, black
and gold ceiling details and large gold leather banquettes.
Bespoke tables, chairs, bar furniture and accessories are
all FOUR IV designs.
Glittering with every movement, an interactive,
silver-mercury table dominates the bar area, while the restaurant
serves international foods in an environment featuring fine
local and traditional handiwork.
