FOUR IV have been working closely with Pembroke Real Estate and
CB Richard Ellis to design the marketing materials for 49 Park Lane,
a 9 floor, 28,000 square feet, office building currently under construction in London’s prestigious Mayfair.
FOUR IV worked on all aspects of the identity and marketing from brand positioning and logo design to bespoke sales pack, art direction, photography, website, hoarding design and the marketing suite.
The logo reflects the unique offer of a new building in historic Mayfair
by combining contemporary and traditional style. This combination of traditional and contemporary is carried through in all areas of the project.
The bespoke sales tool was designed to give a brief overview of the development, and to drive potential clients to the password protected interactive website. The pack itself, was handcrafted using traditional bookbinding techniques, each one personalised for the recipient. The cloth bound box is branded with a London Plane tree leaf, the iconic tree bordering Park Lane itself. The elegant design reflects the understated luxury positioning.
