Following the success of our marketing campaign for 180 Great Portland St, Great Portland Estates commissioned FOUR IV to create an integrated marketing campaign to promote 46 Foley Street, a highly specified grade A office space in W1.
FOUR IV created a look and feel for the brand that would appeal to a media audience, which was the primary target for this particular scheme. We created a visually impactful suite of communications, to ensure we gave 46 Foley Street, a point of difference that would make the office space stand out against others in the same market place.
Occupancy of 3 of the 5 floors of the building were secured within a 2 weeks of the brochure and website going live. |
