180 Great Portland Street is a smart, refurbished office building in underexploited surroundings.
Its owner, Great Portland Estates, asked FOUR IV
to generate a communications strategy which would turn up the volume on the building’s local amenities, in order to attract Central London’s top 30 letting agents.
FOUR IV created a multi-platformed campaign around the theme 180 Great Reasons. This allowed us to promote the benefits of being north of Oxford Street across a full suite of marketing and communication tools, from a pre-let occupiers pack, two-phased website, reception signage, and marketing suite
graphics to all launch party material.
The design for much of the collateral was inspired by the new materials within the building itself. So the reception walls’
interesting metal finish was our inspiration
for the post-launch brochure’s cover. This brochure also incorporated a 180 degree folding mechanism, which separated the building information from the information on
the environs in an unusual and engaging way.
