With the regeneration of Bristol´s Broadmead
area, our brief was to design a show suite to give the Bristol Alliance, a partnership between
two of the UK´s leading property companies, Land Securities
and Hammerson a space to engage and inform potential tenants.
The atmosphere of the public side of the suite
was to reflect a hotel
lobby whilst the exhibition area was designed as a flexible
space to
communicate the progress of the site and to provide a function
venue -
oversized plinths being used for site models or canapes and
drinks.
The site, situated on the 16th floor of Castlemead,
provides the perfect
view over the site as it develops.
