Project Manager - 6-12 month contract - maternity cover
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and aid delivery of projects to an international client base.
The successful candidate will have solid experience in design project management, be comfortable handling multiple projects, have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to scope projects, write proposals, closely manage clients, budgets, budget tracking schedules and suppliers.
Joining our busy studio you will need to be able to hit the ground running. You will work closely with the design team as well as the directors of the business to deliver projects of various scales and across multiple platforms.
Key Skills:
- A strong understanding of creative process
- A strong understanding of the print techniques/ process
- The ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent organisational skills
- Close attention to detail, ability to copy check/ copy edit where required
- Minute meetings and provide detailed contact reports
- Manage and monitor resource and workflow for the team
- Proposal and presentation writing
- Liaison and management of suppliers, particularly printers and photographers
Desirable skills:
- Production skills for photographic/ film shoots
- Studio management experience
Start date: March 2012

Duchamp pop up store opens

We are pleased to announce the opening of the Duchamp pop up store on Regent Street.
FOUR IV was given the brief to turn an empty store in the front of Quadrant Arcade into a 2 floor pop up shop and, where possible, utilise existing fixtures and unitary from the original Regent Street store to create a design which could be easily removed 4 months later without compromising the quality and feel of a Duchamp store.
All this was achieved in 18 days from concept to opening!
Do pop down to 80-82 Regent Street from now until the end of April 2012 and see for yourself!
Harvey Nichols opens flagship in Hong Kong

We are excited to announce that Harvey Nichols, Hong Kong has now opened in Pacific Place.
The project has been just over a year from pitch to the opening of the store. The complex architecture enabled us to deliver a dynamic solution, utilising the core structure to create an anchor within the space. The store has an impressive 70 metre facade on each floor occupying a promient position within Pacific Place.
The Asia flagship store played host to a star-studded Grand Opening on Tuesday 18th October.
In addition FOUR IV have designed and delivered concessions for Jet 8 and Dreams within the Harvey Nichols store. More details of these to follow soon...

FOUR IV have worked with Ralph Trustees to create a presentation tool for the sales and marketing teams to present all the key and unique selling points of all 4 hotel properties within the Ralph Trustees group. For both corporate and leisure audiences, this interactive tool will be presented on ipads aswell as a printed brochure for customer circulation.
