Harrods wanted to create a home from home where the rich and famous could shop in style. We were trusted with the entire project, from brand development, naming, identity and packaging to all areas of the interior design.

The result was BY APPOINTMENT, a personal shopping experience which is becoming acknowledged as the ultimate in service, pampered luxury and opulent comfort.

We gave individual attention to each of the large consultation rooms, creating five different environments. Features include folding walnut screens, which were lined to match the wallpaper in each.
